\nOur original recipe starts with fresh figs and kadota peppers, which we roast over an open flame. We then puree them into a thick syrup, mix in a little champagne vinegar, and cook the mixture down to a thick paste. Finally, we add the rich flavors of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and vanilla bean. The result is a unique jelly that's both sweet and spicy - making it perfect for use on your favorite cheeses or even by itself!
