This journey began during a routine honey collection from our beehives, igniting the idea of creating a soda that was more authentic and closer to nature.

The creation process took root in our home kitchen, where we embarked on the task of crafting beverages that harmoniously blend our own honey, fresh juices, and herbs. The result was an enticing, healthy drink that even our kids couldn't resist. Their growing demand for this delightful concoction led to the birth of our first flavor, Lemon Sting.

The idea for this "True Taste of Maine" came to us in a dream. We source our Wild Blueberries directly from the fields of Maine. Using an old Italian wine press we ensure only the freshest juice goes into each bottle. To complete the dream, we add a touch of honey and a hint of steeped fresh Ginger.

"How about we add some Green Tea to this Lemon Sting for an energy boost?" Since then, it's the go-to flavor for our crew to take away those afternoon doldrums.

LEMON STING

Our first flavor was created in our kitchen. After a day of pulling frames full of honey from our hives, the kids were busy angling for sugary sodas to cool off. Chris wasn't willing to give in. He had a better idea. A few squeezes of fresh lemon and an infusion of rosemary did the trick and Lemon Sting was born.

We think Ginger is kind of like the crew at Green Bee: tough, stubborn, and spicy! We've dulled many blades and steeped many pounds of fresh root to show our love and devotion to Ginger. All captured in a bottle for you to enjoy.
